Motivations

Yesterday, I was at an event. We were asked to write down something that would help us challenge our confidence issues.

At the time I wasn’t sure what to write. I didn’t feel that my issues could be challenged in such a tangible way. I don’t do a lot of public speaking. I don’t present pitches. The work I’m undertaking at the moment has been through opportunities where people have given me a chance. And I love risk taking.

Temporary situations

I didn’t have a problem with what I was doing. Albeit that I wasn’t as passionate about it as when I was running my own product.

Since then the question has still been on my mind. Why do I need to feel inadequate to still raise a challenge to myself?

Just do it

I’m not one to shy away from taking on the impossible. I left my job and started ArtSpotter, just an idea, without any knowledge of the tech world. The problem I have now is trying to muddle through the melange of ideas and passions I have to nail down what I can do next.

I want it to be game changing because that’s what I believe in. I want it to support the things I love and care about.

So my challenge to myself?
