It’s a cliché
You hear it time and time again. You have to be the one to admit it, take control, take charge.
So I’ve changed my eating happens further. I’ve upped my exercise (with the help of a certain app). I’ve taken to weighing myself every morning to monitor how what I do has any effect.
Almost 5kg down
It’s hard. It doesn’t shift and unless I become a gym bunny hermit, I’m not going to be permanently starving myself or on a massive detox. So I have to find a reasonable balance.
I can’t wait to hit the next milestone. Maybe when I’m back to a place I’m happy I’ll talk about it more.
